Enjoying your home environment is vital, but so is getting out of the house and interacting with people in your neighbourhood and your social circle. We will do what we can to make sure that you are able to live a life that is full of purpose and activity. Everest Disability Services offers a number of different services that allow their clients to access their communities.

• Activities and gatherings for people to interact socially

We will make sure that you are kept up to date with what’s going on in your community and that you don’t miss out on any social gatherings or important events.

• Transport

Everyone should have the ability to move about freely in their environment. We are available to either just assist you in arranging transportation for yourself or to travel beside you as required. A day of shopping and scheduled visits We are able to assist you with running just much any of your day-to-day errands, including things like going to medical appointments or picking up medications, going shopping once a week, paying bills, and going to pick up your weekly groceries. How does it carry out its functions? Your NDIS plan provides funding for your participation in the Community Access programme. The helpful members of the Everest Disability Services team will coordinate the provision of the necessary supports and services with you and your organisation in order to meet your needs. Through community access, you will be able to select the supports you require from us in a flexible manner, which will assist you in achieving your goals set by the NDIS. Community access entails having a support worker come to your house and then accompanying you on trips into the surrounding community in order to facilitate social contact and community inclusion.
